The NRH Centre features an experienced team of professionals ready to guide you on your path to improved health and wellness. A wide variety of equipment is offered for all abilities. For those wanting to get back in the swing of exercise or those ready to move to the next level in their training, the NRH Centre is here to create an exceptional fitness experience.

• 1/8-mile indoor suspended walking track (due to frequency of use and space; no strollers are permitted on the track)   

• Group Exercise specialty classes such as Cycle, Zumba®, Barre, Yoga, Aquatics and more*

• SilverSneakers®, Silver&Fit® and Multiple Sclerosis Yoga (eligibility required)

• Indoor lap lanes, resistance channel, pool and whirlpool spa

• Industry-leading strength and cardio equipment (due to space limitations and safety of all guests; no strollers are permitted on the fitness floors)   

• Kids Club*

• Nutrition Coaching, Ayurveda and Massage / Chiropractic

• Personal fitness training, private yoga*

NRH Centre Fee-Based Training and Coaching Policy
The NRH Centre is a closed-training facility; only those certified personal trainers who are contracted through the City of North Richland Hills are permitted to fitness train, coach instruct members, participants or guests.

Classes
Group fitness is a great way to keep your fitness routine anything but routine. Enjoy a variety of classes from relaxing yoga to high-energy Zumba and cycle. View the current group fitness schedule to find available classes.  The NRH Centre also offers Multiple Sclerosis seated Yoga. 

Seniors
The NRH Centre is a proud host to the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program and Silver&Fit® for active adults. Contact the SilverSneakers Health Plan Locator for current eligibility requirements.
